The mission of Grace Bible Church remains timeless and unchanging until Jesus returns. Our mission, given to us by Jesus Himself, is the same for every local church. Simply put, we exist to live out the Great Commandment while actively participating in the Great Commission.

Multiplication: Make Disciples and Multiply Churches

Not only has Jesus given us a mission, but He has also given us a method: life-on-life, intentional relationships that produce disciple-makers. It is the same method He used in His own ministry on earth.

How We Are Structured

Based on our unique mission, vision, and values as a church, we have made a series of organizational decisions related to personnel, strategies, and even facilities to make disciples and multiply churches. Many of these structures and strategies continue to evolve as we take new steps as the Lord leads and guides us forward.

How We Work

We believe that healthy teams make good decisions, get great things done, and enjoy one another in the process of serving Jesus and collaborating in kingdom work together.

As a multi-site church with multiple campuses, we experience unity around our common mission to make disciples and multiply churches, as well as diversity with our unique facilities, constituencies, and even ministry strategies. Unity and diversity often create tension as we work together, and a clear understanding of all our different teams’ roles helps us keep our love for one another fervent.

A series of different Leadership Teams combine key personnel from Campus and System Teams in order to fulfill key organizational purposes.

Vision Team shapes church-wide future vision, direction, and long-term priorities.

Executive Team

Executive Team drives strategy and mission decisions to align our campuses together.

Management Team

Management Team shapes church-wide organizational systems, processes, and policies.

Operations Team

Operations Team approves the allocation of resources and implementation of policies.
