Leadership Teams

A series of different Leadership Teams combine key personnel from Campus and System Teams in order to fulfill key organizational purposes.

Vision Team

• Vision Team shapes church-wide future vision, direction, and long-term priorities.

Executive Team

• Executive Team drives strategy and mission decisions to align our campuses together.

Management Team

• Management Team shapes church-wide organizational systems, processes, and policies.

Operations Team

• Operations Team approves the allocation of resources and implementation of policies.
