Our Membership process queue has three steps. Each campus Process Queue follows the exact same steps to keep the information shown on member profiles consistent.

Because the class registration form automatically adds anyone who registers to the Membership queue, we ask each individual to complete the form separately. You should manually add unregistered walk-ins at the class to the Membership queue.
Once someone has attended a Discover Membership class, mark them as “Done” in this queue and use the date of the class as the “Date Completed.”
Please include in the notes of the queue (Attend Discover Membership Class) information about the class they attended.
Example: “Attended Discover Membership class on Feb 5, 2023 at Anderson”
If someone from another campus attends a membership class at your campus, please do not put them in your campus process queue. If they were automated to your process queue, please remove them and add them to the campus they attend process queue in the first queue "Attend Discover Membership Class". Please make sure you "pass" them along to the campus manager/admin so they know they have been added to the queue.
Please add notes for the "New Member Interview" queue as well.
Example: “Interviewed with Johnny Stimson on Dec 4, 2022; recommended for Membership”
Please add notes for the "Approved for Membership" queue as well.
Example: “Approved for membership in campus email Nov 30, 2023”
Add their membership start date to their profile. This is how we create reports and follow up with members.
