Grace Bible Church subscribes to Mailchimp, a mass-emailing service ideally used for regular audiences of more than 50 people. This is an ideal way to communicate with your audience about things directly related to your ministry, especially newsletters that happen on a recurring schedule with a richly designed and branded format.
In cases that don’t match the above use case, consider using:

Anyone administrating or communicating through Mailchimp needs an individual user account to ensure clear individual accountability for activity. We leverage user accounts to control access to various functions within Mailchimp. Only one person per ministry will be granted the user status of “Manager” and can send campaigns. This ensures accountability with your Communications Team point of contact for all content and copy editing.
The communications team designs and provides the MailChimp templates to help you communicate effectively with your audience and maintain a cohesive brand standard.
If you would like to request a new template that doesn’t already exist, please submit a Creative Request Forms:

All campaigns require approval by the Communications Manager. When we review campaigns, we often catch spelling mistakes, broken links, and other inconsistencies, and it never hurts to have an extra set of eyes.
When requesting Communications Team approval, please clearly indicate your campaign deadline. If your email needs to be sent at a specific or urgent time (i.e., by the end of the day), email the Communications Manager letting them know your expectations.
Plan! Sending your test email promptly will help get approval to send your campaign when intended.
All new contact lists require approval by the Communications Manager. Our lists' total number of recipients directly impacts our monthly billing costs. As you manage your audience contacts, keep your lists current and regularly cleaned out every semester.
