All events must be approved by the Campus Facilities Team at the campus at which they will occur. Events are not approved until they show up on the Google Calendar in a color-filled block.
To preserve the integrity and appearance of our facilities, decorations must be minimally invasive: only non-permanent, easily removable adhesives like poster putty or suction cups (or velcro on floors) are permitted to prevent damage to walls, glass, and other surfaces. When in doubt, talk with the Campus Facilities Team for approval and plan any attached decorations in advance to ensure they align with these standards.
At this time we do NOT provide public internet access for non-ministerial purposes. Any passwords revealed in this document are for staff use only and are subject to change by the IT team. Please do NOT share WiFi passwords with non-staff without permission from your Campus Facilities Team.
When booking an event that will provide food, schedule the event for a room designated for food consumption or confirm approval with your Campus Facilities Team.
