Permissions
- Forms Admin - The Forms Admin permission is given to Department Admins at Grace. Form Admins have full access to all forms within their campus. They can create, edit, and archive all forms in their campus.
- Form Manager - The Form Manager permission gives that individual access to a specific form, regardless of campus. Department Admins and Ministry Leads can be added as Form Managers. We ask that Ministry Leads treat this access as “view only” and do not make any changes to the forms that they have access to.
- Lay leaders may NOT be added as Form Managers.
- When you are duplicating a previous form, be sure to update the Form Managers!

- Event or Group Registrations - See below for additional guidelines on forms that are accepting payment.
- Interest Forms
- Serve Applications - Each campus has a Basic, Volunteer, and Leadership application. Do not create alternate serve applications.
- Feedback Surveys
