When an individual is going through the process of becoming a member of Grace Bible Church, they will move through the Membership Process Queue at their respective campus. Once they are marked “Done” in the Membership process queue, their Membership Type will automatically be updated to "Member" in their profile.

Additional steps to update the individual’s profile:

• Scan and attach their membership paperwork to their profile. Please name it “Membership Paperwork”.
• Add their membership start date. This is a VERY IMPORTANT step, as this is how we create reports and follow up with new members. Please do not forget this step.
  • The Membership Start Date should be the date their name was included in the Campus Emails.
