God has given us finite resources, and wisely managing them requires intentionality. The Top 5 habits help us focus our time on our highest-value activities and achieve the long-term goals God has placed before us:
Semesterly, each team should create a Team Top 5 priorities for the semester. This list of the most important objectives for the team to complete in the coming 3-4 months serves as a point of focus.
Individually, create a list of your Top 5 priorities for the semester. These priorities should be aligned with the goals of your team and the ministry as a whole.
Weekly, create a list of your Top 5 priorities for the week. These priorities should be specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound.
Daily, review your weekly priorities and make sure you are on track to accomplish them.
