At some point during onboarding, you will be issued a standard branded email signature from the @Anonymous group with basic instructions to install it:

  1. Open your attached signature (.html format) using either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox web browser.
  2. Select all of your signature by using Cmd+A (Mac) or Ctrl+A (PC) on your keyboard. Your signature should all be entirely highlighted if you've done this correctly.
  3. Copy your signature by using Cmd+C (Mac) or Ctrl+C (PC) on your keyboard.
  4. Open http://mail.grace-bible.org/ and login to your GBC Gmail account if you have not already done so (this step has to be done in your web browser, such as Chrome or Firefox, and not a mail application, like Apple Mail or Outlook).
  5. Open Gmail's settings by clicking on the gear icon at the top right corner, then scroll down to the "Signature:" settings (near the bottom).
  6. Click inside the signature text box to place your cursor.
  7. Paste your signature by using Cmd+V (Mac) or Ctrl+V (PC) on your keyboard. Save these changes to your settings at the bottom of the screen.

To use your official signature from your phone, copy the signature as you would on the desktop and paste it into whichever app you're using in Settings.

For mobile use, the signature may or may not appear as intended and varies widely depending on the application — so be sure to test your mobile signature with a coworker before using it widely.

Staff email signatures should include name on the first line, job title on the second line, and our church name and phone on the last line; is hyperlinked to our website.
