We make it about Jesus. Only God is great. We are His servants, and there is no greater honor than to serve our Creator and Redeemer.

We build healthy teams. We can’t grow if we are unable to face out own constraints and missteps, or if we don’t speak the truth and extend grace to one another.
We are always learning. We have a holy discontent regarding our commitment to our personal and organizational growth.
We choose generosity. Set your default to “yes.” We share and even give away what we can: our people, facilities, money, time, and experience.
We are better together. We never would have arrived where we are today without collaboration. And we won’t get to where we want to go without collaboration.
