
- Return computer asset & peripherals?
- Transfer Google Drive (documents etc.)? Shared drive transfers?
- Software licensing in employee’s name?
- Recurring subscriptions on named credit card?
- Transfer as needed to Shared drives? Promote new managers/admins?
- Transfer recurring calendar events?
- Forward employee inbox to incoming hire or existing manager?
- Know that once you leave staff, your email access will be disconnected.

- Do I need input from the IT Subcommittee on this?
- Do you see a certain format for this information being more helpful than another (e.g. an attachment in an email, part of the Google Form we send to gather info, etc.)?
- Do you have any edits?
- Are some of these things we need to do internally and NOT expect an employee to do?
