This causes wasted time, confusion, and last-minute coordination texts. This awkward situation can be entirely avoided by selecting a room for a reservation at the time you schedule the meeting.

Meetings only need to appear on your ministry department or team calendar, or otherwise on your personal calendar; either is fine.

While meetings do not need to be approved by the campus ministry and operations leadership, the Campus Facilities Team will have to approve the room reservation. Room reservation requests will be reviewed and approved by your Campus Facilities Team, usually weekly. If you submitted a room request for a meeting day-of, please contact your Campus Facility Team for quick approval.
