Overview

Building access credentials are requested through a form. Fill it out and system operations staff will process the request.

How to Request a Credential

1. Go to the Door Access Credential Request form.
2. Fill in your First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Home Campus.
3. Choose how you prefer to access buildings:
   • Phone / Apple Watch App
   • Keyfob
4. Submit the form.

What Happens Next

A ticket will be created, and our Technology Team will provision your credential (fob or app access) based on your selection and home campus. You will receive updates on this process via the email you provided
