TLDR: Fellows set up printing by installing the PaperCut Mobility Print client and connecting to GBC's print server. Open the setup link for your computer type, install, and print a test page.

macOS Computers

Step 1: Install the Print Client

  1. Open your web browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, etc.)

  2. Go to the macOS setup link

  3. Follow the instructions on the page to download and install the print software

Step 2: Confirm It Worked

  1. Once installation finishes, printers should show up automatically in System Settings > Printers & Scanners
  2. Try printing a test page to make sure everything is working

Windows Computers

Step 1: Install the Print Client

  1. Open your web browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, etc.)

  2. Go to the Windows setup link

  3. Follow the instructions on the page to download and install the print software

Step 2: Confirm It Worked

  1. Once installation finishes, the church printers should show up automatically in Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners
  2. Try printing a test page to make sure everything is working
