Volunteers and paid workers will go through the same application onboarding process. Each campus has an “Application Onboarding - Grace Kids” process queue. There are separate steps within the process for volunteers and workers.

**Employee Volunteer Agreement Children's Ministry** is not found in a process queue because there are 3 situations require this form to be filled out:

  1. Moving from Paid role to Volunteer
  2. Simultaneously serving in Paid role and Volunteer
  3. Waiving right to payment in a Paid role

Admins can see this Form and will work with Coordinators each semester to make sure the Admins have a list of who needs to fill this out. Once completed, this can be seen on a profile (Involvement Tab / Forms).
