Supports all aspects of the Global Outreach department through general administration.

Fellows are two-year interns that work with Global Outreach as assistants in various capacities.
Mobilizers serve with Grace to meet, challenge, equip, and send congregation members through training, teaching, and personal development.
Oversees the congregational support of Goers and involvement with Global Outreach, under the guidance of Grace missions policy and the Board of Elders. This board meets quarterly to evaluate potential Goers for financial support and make other financial and policy decisions. Members of the board include:
Evaluates prospective Goers (candidates) for long-term monthly financial support.
Eight lay leaders called Regional Care Facilitators each to facilitate care for the Goers in a particular region of the world. They pray for those Goers and assist in communicating with and caring for them. When Goers are in town, the Regional Care Facilitators work together with GO staff and volunteers to help Goers with any practical needs, debriefing, airport trips, etc.
Each of our Grace community groups is partnered with a specific Grace Goer to pray for them and care for them. As Grace has grown, we hope that this gives our Goers a smaller setting to connect with people. In general, we try to partner each Goer with the campus most closely connected to the region of the world where they serve.
Within the group, there should be one point of contact, which we call an Advocate, that will help the group stay connected to you. The job description for a Community Group Advocate is in the appendices.
