Training leaders for a lifetime of ministry
The Grace Fellows Program is a two-year educational and ministry leadership program designed to train leaders for a lifetime of ministry. The purpose of the Grace Fellows Program is to develop the character, skills, knowledge, and vision necessary for a lifetime of ministry while assisting the various Grace ministries in fulfilling its vision of helping people find and follow Jesus. Designed for college graduates, the Fellows Program gives participants the opportunity to explore and experience vocational ministry while getting credit from Dallas Theological Seminary.
Fellows will receive classroom instruction on Scripture and Systematic Theology throughout their two years.
Character Development and Spiritual Formation are integral to our training as we prepare Fellows for a lifetime of serving Christ. This comes through both department-specific care and programmatic training.
We desire all Fellows to leave with a better understanding of how God has specifically created and gifted them for ministry. While they might not know exactly what is next, our hope is that after two years they have a clearer vision for where they are going long-term.
Fellows lead on the front lines of the ministry department in which they serve. Fellows are not expected to just watch and shadow others doing ministry, but to lead, teach, and help run their respective ministries.
