Regularly recurring events and one-time events for non-church groups are allowed, but all events require advance approval by the Campus Facilities Team. Due to the fact that many Grace ministries use our facilities on a regular basis, we generally do not approve event reservations from outside organizations more than 30 days in advance.

Additionally, we generally do not approve event reservations from outside organizations with which we are not already familiar. Exceptions may require advance approval by Campus Management staff with input from the Operations Team.

Lastly, outside religious organizations may be required to provide a statement of their beliefs or doctrine prior to event approval.

An External Event is any event that not directly associated with a Grace Bible Church ministry department. We are happy to share the blessing of our buildings and spaces with our Partners and non-profit organizations. If a Partner or non-profit organization contacts staff or lay leaders about the use of one of our buildings, please encourage them to contact the appropriate Campus Facilities Team to fill out a Facility Rental Request form.
