Tithes, Offerings, Donations

All donations made to Grace Bible Church are processed by our Finance Team, which makes sure proper documentation and records are kept and reported.

Online gifts

Online donations (including text-to-give) made by credit card or bank transfer are processed through Pushpay.

Check gifts

Donations given by check or stock are manually entered by Finance Team into our Pushpay software, which is connected to Church Community Builder (CCB). This enables donors to track their own giving and download statements at any time.

Cash gifts

Cash gifts left in offering baskets or boxes on Sundays are collected and counted by Deacons, then securely stored for Finance Team to collect, process, and deposit. These gifts are considered anonymous unless the donor identifies themselves for record keeping.

Non-monetary gifts

Payments

There are many circumstances where we collect money that is not considered a donation, such as registration fees, or packet and merchandise purchases.

All event registrations are run through CCB where credit card payments are accepted. For in-person transactions, credit card readers are available at every campus and may be configured for you by your Admin.

Digital Payment Platforms

Digital payment platforms (Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Zelle…) should never be used to collect money for Grace Bible Church. If your ministry needs an exception to this policy, contact the Finance team prior to the exchange of any funds.

Deposit Form

When cash or checks are collected, they should be turned in to the Finance office along with a deposit form.
