Do you want to request photo coverage of an event? We’re happy to do our very best to accommodate you. To request photography for your event, please complete the Photo Capture Request Form. This allows us to schedule a photographer to capture, edit, and upload images from your event to our Flickr page. Our goal is to photograph each campus at least once a month, highlighting the Sunday morning experience. The request form helps us understand what you’d like captured—whether it’s midweek events, special services like baptisms, holiday gatherings, or anything else. Once submitted, we’ll follow up with you to keep you informed about the status of your request.
Hundreds of images are captured every month at Grace covering all campuses and major events and those photos are regularly uploaded on our Capture Collab account where we house thousands of images taken from the past few years. Photos will be uploaded in the Grace Bible Church collection as a shoot with the date and name of the event. You can also search for photos by tags and locations to find the picture you are looking for.
After clicking into the Grace Bible Church collection, it will show photos by their date taken. In the search bar you can use tags to filter for the photo you are looking for. The tags are listed at the bottom of the page. You can also click “Shoots” under Grace Bible Church Recent Photos, and it will show albums of all events captured. You can search by the name of the event, or by date in year-month-day format.
