If you are a full-time (at least 30 hours/week) employee at Grace Bible Church, congratulations, you are eligible to enroll in our health insurance benefit with Grace paying for majority of the employee’s premium. We also offer life insurance to you and all your dependents at no cost to you.

For new hires, the start date of coverage is stated in your offer letter. For any current full-time employees, any changes made to your plan went into effect on January 1, 2026, or the date of your qualifying event.

Depending on your employee status, we may or may not cover the health insurance premiums of your spouse and/or children as well. If we do not cover your family, you are still eligible to add them for the cost of the premiums paid through payroll deductions. Grace Bible Church provides all full-time employees ****with the opportunity to participate in our group medical insurance plan. There are two different plans that you can choose from which are both with Guidestone/ Blue Cross Blue Shield/ Highmark. Both premiums are also majority covered by Grace Bible Church if you are eligible. Below are the two plan options with Guidestone (BCBS).
