If you are a full-time (at least 30 hours/week) employee at Grace Bible Church, congratulations, you are eligible to enroll in our health insurance benefit with Grace paying for the employee’s premium. We also offer life insurance to you and all your dependents at no cost to you.
For new hires, your coverage will begin on the official first day of employment. For any current full-time employees, any changes made to your current plan went into effect on January 1, 2025, or the date of your qualifying event.
Depending on your employee status, we may or may not cover the health insurance premiums of your spouse and/or children as well. If we do not cover your family, you are still eligible to add them for the cost of the premiums paid through payroll deductions. The following family members are eligible for medical, life, (optional) dental, and (optional) vision coverage:
